Yoga stretching helps increase body flexibility. This helps boost your range of motion in your muscles and ligaments, while reducing your risk of injury.
*Wearing mask is required in the class for pandemic protection.

Free of Charge
$50 deposit, full refund after attended the class

Quota:15 pax (On a first come first served basis)
Language: Cantonese
Target: HKSYU hall residents
Students without Yoga experience are welcome to join.

Yoga tutor:
Prudence Wong
Having more than 10 years of Yoga teaching experience, Prudence has become the senior Yoga tutor with Eryt-500 hours under the American Yoga Alliance in 2016. Prudence is also the tutor of Yin Yoga and Pre-Natal Yoga as well as the practitioner of Singing Bowl Therapy and the Reiki Healing Master.

- Please visit HMU (RHB208 in Research Complex) and complete the payment within 2 working days. Applicants who cannot complete the payment will be regarded as withdrawn and will be replaced by applicants on the waiting list without prior notice.

- HMU may decide to deliver the class online through Zoom depending on the pandemic situation.

課堂簡介:
伸展瑜伽會針對都市人身體痛症來設計課程,主要是以鬆開肩膊,打開髖部,拉伸腳部,腰背放鬆,把緊張的肌肉慢慢放開,讓同學完成課堂後,感覺煥然一新。
*為配合防疫措施,參加者須全程配戴口罩

費用全免
宿生需先繳付港幣 $50 作為按金
出席並完成所報名之場次將全數退還

適合任何無經驗初次嘗試瑜伽人士。

瑜伽導師:Prudence Wong
具備超過10年實際教學經驗,Prudence 於2016年成為美國瑜珈聯盟的Eryt-500小時資深瑜珈導師。除此以外,Prudence 也是Yin Yoga 和Pre-Natal Yoga 導師,Singing Bowl Therapy 的修行者,以及Reiki Healing Master。

- 逾期交費者會被視作棄權處理而不作另行通知,有關位置將由後補名單補上。
- 本部會視乎疫情變化,有機會轉為視像形式上課。
