To avoid repeat participation, youths who have joined the International Youth Exchange Programme (IYEP), the Youth Ambassadors in Celebration of the Establishment of the Hong KongSpecial Administrative Region Programme (20A YA Programme), past YDC Youth Ambassadors Programme (YA Programme) before would NOT be selected for the Programme.
