HKSYU VR Lab Equipment Loaning Form (for Staff only)

To reserve the VR Lab equipment, please read the following terms and services conditions:

1. Our Regular Service Hours are Monday-Friday 10:00 - 17:00. We are closed on Saturday, Sunday, and Public Holidays.
2. The reservation is available on a first-come first served basis. The laboratory committee reserves the right of final decision.
3. All applications shall be submitted for approval no less than 7 working days before the date of the event.

5. Please allow 48 hours for your reservation to be confirmed.
6. Please note that, AI applications can only be used in VR Lab.
7. In case of equipment damage, compensation must be paid at its original price.
