(i) The personal data collected in this application will be used by the Hong Kong Shue Yan University and Greater Bay Area Homeland Youth Community Foundation for processing this application and activities relating to For Our Future Scholarship.
(ii) The application documents and personal data may be transferred to other relevant parties for award selection, granting approval and matters related to this scholarship, if necessary.
(iii) All information provided, when no longer required, will be destroyed.
