課堂資訊︰ 日期︰2025年11月6、13、20及27日（逢星期四，共4堂） 時間︰18:00 – 20:00 (2 小時) 地點︰教學大樓LG409室內運動場 按金︰$200 （出席率達100%可獲退回按金） 報名前，請注意以下事項 1) 根據個人資料（私隱）條例，此表格所收集的個人資料只會用於是次活動及有關用途。 2) 參加者須達100%出席率方可獲退回按金。 3) 如報名人數不足，上述課堂將會取消，校方將於截止報名後一個月內退回按金。 4) 八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告訊號或黑色暴雨警告於中午十二時或以後仍然生效，課堂將會取消。 5) 除以上原因，一切已繳費用概不發還。 6) 校方有權拍攝或錄影學員上課情況以作日後宣傳及記錄之用。 Course Information︰ Date: 6, 13, 20 & 27 November 2025 (Every Thursday, 4 lessons) Time: 18:00 – 20:00 (2 hrs) Venue: LG409 Indoor Sports Court, Main Building Deposit: $200 (Refund upon 100% attendance) Please read the terms carefully before the application 1) Under the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all personal data provided in this form will only be used for this application and related purposes. 2) Refund upon completing 100% of the whole course. 3) The University reserves the right to cancel a course if the number of applicants is below the requisite minimum. The deposit will be refunded after the deadline. 4) All lessons will be suspended if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory after 12:00 noon. 5) Except in the above circumstances, fees paid are non-refundable. 6) The University reserves the right to take photos during classes and use them for course promotion without prior consent from the individuals in the photos.
