Important Notes:
1. For details of being a Hall Ambassador (HA), please refer to the
flyer
.
2. Applicants are required to prepare a video (in either Chinese or English) that presents their views on the following topics in 2 minutes:
A. (around 1 min) How do you plan to ensure that the Halls remain a comfortable environment for all residents to live and learn in? You may discuss floor management or other roles and duties as Hall Ambassador.
and
B. (around 1 min) If you were appointed as a Hall Ambassador and invited to make good use of your talent to launch a 1-hour workshop, what kind of workshop would you like to launch? Why?
3. The video should be uploaded to Google Drive, and the link to the Google Drive must be submitted in Part (C) of this application form.
4. Shortlisted applicants will be invited for a Zoom or Face-to-Face interview, which is scheduled from
3 June to 7 June 2024
.
6 - 10 Jan 2025
Candidates who could attend the face-to-face interview would be considered as an advantage of selection.
5. Applicants who have not been invited for an interview on or after
20 June 2024
,
14 Jan 2025
may assume that their applications were unsuccessful.
6. Mandatory training camp is a part of training programme, which scheduled on 15 to 16 August, 2024.
