課堂資訊 日期︰27/2, 6/3, 13/3, 20/3, 27/3, 3/4 ,17/4 (逢星期一，共7堂) 時間︰17:00 – 19:00 費用︰$550 報名前，請注意以下事項 1) 根據個人資料（私隱）條例，此表格所收集的個人資料只會用於是次活動及有關用途； 2) 如報名人數不足，上述課堂將會取消，校方將於截止報名後一個月內退回報名費； 3) 八號或以上熱帶氣旋警告訊號或黑色暴雨警告於中午十二時或以後仍然生效，課堂將會取消； 4) 因天氣或導師請假導致課堂取消，將優先安排補課，否則，會於課程結束後一個月內，按比例退回學費； 5) 除以上原因，一切已繳費用概不發還； 6) 校方有機會按政府當局要求或其他特殊情況(例如：限聚令)，更改上課安排； 7) 校方有權拍攝或錄影學員上課情況以作日後宣傳及記錄之用。 Course Inofmration︰ Date︰27/2, 6/3, 13/3, 20/3, 27/3, 3/4 ,17/4 (Every Monday, 7 lessons) Time︰17:00 – 19:00 Fee︰$550 Please read the terms carefully before the application 1) Under Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, all personal data provided in this form will only apply to this particular application and related purposes; 2) If insufficient participants enroll in the class, the class will be canceled. Cancellation of course will be announced through email, course fee will be fully refunded within one month after the announcement; 3) All classes will be suspended if a Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above is hoisted or a Black Rainstorm Warning is issued by the Hong Kong Observatory after 12:00 noon; 4) Classes will be made up when necessary if teacher absences or bad weather cause classes to be suspended. In the absence of this, the course fee will be refunded pro-rata within one month of the class's completion. 5) Except in the above circumstances, fees paid are not refundable; 6) Under exceptional circumstances or at the request of the government's policies (such as group gathering regulation), the University may change the arrangement of classes; 7) The University assumes the right to take photos during classes and will use such photos for course promotion without prior consent from the persons in it.
