1. 此報名表格內所提供的個人資料將供香港樹仁大學工作實習辦公室作登記參與是次工作坊之用。所有個人資料不會轉交予學院以外其他機構作上述用途。
The personal data provided in this form will be used by the Industrial Attachment Office of Hong Kong Shue Yan University for this training workshop. This personal data will not be transferred to other external parties for purposes as stated above.
2. 根據個人資料(私隱)條例，你有權查閱及更改你的個人資料。如需更改你的個人資料或要求停止接收本部門資訊，請電郵至iao@hksyu.edu。
Under the provision of the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, you have the rights to request access to, and to request the correction of, your personal data. You may send us a written request at iao@hksyu.edu of amending your data or not receiving communication materials from the Industrial Attachment Office.
